Posters
Poster presentations were displayed throughout the entire conference and were open for all attendees to see. The posters were a means for the presenters to share a research study, practical problem-solving effort, or an innovative program in an educational format. During WINDPOWER 2008, AWEA sponsored both a Poster Reception and a Poster Session. The reception was Sunday, June 1, from 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm immediately preceding the Exhibit Hall Opening Reception, and the session was Monday, June 2, from 11:00am – 12:00pm. Poster authors were present at their posters during the reception and session in an effort to give attendees an opportunity to interact with presenters from around the world as they explained and showcased their studies and innovations.
