Exhibitor Registration
Complimentary Exhibitor Registrations: Exhibiting companies receive the following complimentary registration passes with their exhibit booth purchase:
100 SF booths: 2 free booth personnel passes
200 SF booths: 2 free booth personnel passes + 1 free full conference registration
300 SF booths: 3 free booth personnel passes + 1 free full conference registration
400 SF booths: 3 free booth personnel passes + 2 free full conference registrations
Larger than 400 SF booths: - 1 additional free booth personnal pass per additional 200 SF reserved + - 1 additional free full conference registration per additional 400 SF reserved
What is included in the exhibitor passes?
A Booth Personnel Pass is intended for individuals who will be staffing your booth throughout the show. This pass provides access to the exhibition on Monday evening, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday including morning coffee breaks, lunches in the exhibit hall, and afternoon beverage breaks each day, 1 ticket to Monday evening's Kickoff Party & Concert, and the exhibit hall happy hour taking place on Tuesday afternoon. Booth personnel will not have access to the conference sessions other than the General Sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings. A $50 savings versus purchasing all items separately!
A Full Conference Registration provides access to all conference sessions including electronic session handout files, the exhibition for Monday evening, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday including morning coffee breaks, lunches in the exhibit hall, and afternoon beverage breaks each day, 1 ticket to Monday evening's Kickoff Party & Concert, the exhibit hall happy hour on Tuesday afternoon, and a closing cocktail on Thursday afternoon following the conclusion of conference sessions.
What if I need more registration passes?
Additional booth personnel passes can be purchased for $375 each to include all of the beverage breaks, lunches and receptions in the exhibit hall.
Additional full conference registrations can be purchased at the member rate of $850 (if purchased by March 9) or $975 (if purchased after March 9).

How can I pay for my registration?
Exhibitors may pay for their registration by credit card or company check through our on-line system. All check payments must be received prior to the start of WINDPOWER 2009 and submitted with a copy of the confirmation email or a list of the staff covered by the check so the payment can be applied appropriately. Any remaining balances once on-site at the conference will need to be settled by credit card before a badge will be provided.
