- Conference DVD-ROM: If you ordered a Conference DVD-ROM or Pre-Conference CD-ROM during registration or on-site in Houston, they will be mailed out in August once all of the audio-recording has been synchronized to the speaker presentations. CLICK HERE for more information or to place an order at this time.
- Registration Receipts: Email all requests for registration receipts to conference@awea.org
- Exhibitor Invoices: Copies of all exhibitor invoices can be downloaded from the Exhibitor Service Center. Email exhibition@awea.org if you need your booth password.
- WINDPOWER 2009 Updates:
* CLICK HERE to access the Exhibition Sales site and reserve an exhibit booth for next year.
* The Call for Abstracts for WINDPOWER 2009 will be available for online submissions in August.
* Meeting room rentals at the convention center will not be available until later this summer once we finalize all of the space that will be used for conference activities. Information will be posted on the appropriate contact person at the convention center once meeting room rentals are available.
* Housing for WINDPOWER 2009 will not be available until October 2008. We need to secure additional hotels in the Minneapolis area due to the huge growth experienced this year in Houston.
