Exhibitors receive a certain number of FREE passes with their booth purchase based on the size of their exhibit booth. Click here to view the pass allotment chart for more information.

Beyond the free passes that come with the exhibit booth, exhibitor registration pricing and options for AWEA WINDPOWER 2013 are listed below.

Exhibitor Main Conference Registration

The most complete, full-access pass for exhibitors at WINDPOWER 2013

-Full Access to Education Opportunities/All Conference Sessions including speaker materials (Monday - Wednesday)

-Full Access to the Exhibition including one (1) hour prior to the official opening times each day

-Three Premier Networking Events:

-One (1) Ticket to Sunday's Opening Reception on the convention center Lakeside Terrace

-Monday's Exhibit Hall Happy Hour

-Tuesday's Poster Reception

-Networking Breaks & Lunches Monday – Wednesday in conference area and/or in the exhibit hall

-Show Directory detailing all session descriptions; exhibitor listings with contact information

For Employees of exhibiting companies staffing their booth.

Please Note: Contribution to AWEA and fees for AWEA events are not tax deductible as charitable contributions, but may be deductible as ordinary business expenses. AWEA reserves the right to eject any registrant without any prior notice or refund if while at the conference their behavior is deemed disruptive, offensive, dangerous, illegal or if they are found to be distributing unauthorized material.
