AWEA WINDPOWER 2013 Conference & Exhibition will feature participation from qualified international buyer delegations through the International Buyer Program (IBP) of the U.S. Department of Commerce. 

 

International delegations registered through the IBP benefit from the following discounted registration fees including:



Main Conference:  $799 by March 11, $899 from March 12 - May 4, $999 May 5 - onsite

One-Day Conference (per day, includes exhibition): $399 by March 11, $449 from March 12 - May 4, $499 May 5 - onsite


     (save at least 20% off non-member one-day exhibition pricing)


One-Day Exhibition (per day):  $69 by March 11, $79 from March 12 - May 4, $89 May 5 - onsite


     (save at least 20% off non-member one-day exhibition pricing)


Premium Exhibition Pass (adds 1 ticket to Sunday's Opening Reception + 1 conference session access ticket):  Exhibit fee + $99

 

 

VISA Invitation Letters: Before an invitation letter can be provided, you must register for the conference and payment must be received via credit card, check (in US funds drawn on a US bank) or wire transfer. At that point, an invitation letter will be provided through the Registration Resource Center. Once an invitation letter has been provided, the remaining requirements of VISA application, necessary documentation, embassy or consulate interviews, etc... are the sole responsibility of the attendee. Should the VISA application be denied or not approved in time to attend the event, AWEA will refund the full registration fee back to the original credit card or by check if the original payment was provided by check or wire transfer. Simply email wind@xpressreg.net should you not be able to attend the event due to VISA application related issues.
