Below you will find information about the room rentals available at Mandalay Bay. Rooms are rented on a first-come, first-served basis. On your agreement form, please list room preferences in case your first choice is not available.

Special Events Space

The Mandalay Bay complex offers a wide variety of excellent restaurants and special event venues for hosting client events while at the show. Please email [email protected] if you are interested in booking special event space at Mandalay Bay during the AWEA WINDPOWER 2014 Conference & Exhibition.

If you would like to rent a room:

  • Review the documents below to select the best location for your room:
    1. Meeting Room Sizes, Capacities, and Pricing
    2. North Convention Center floorplan
    3. South Convention Center Level 2 floorplan (WINDPOWER 2014 Sessions)
    4. South Convention Center Level 3 floorplan (AWEA Committee Meetings)
  • Complete the agreement form (include three room choices and your payment information)
  • Email the completed form or fax to 202-293-2567
  • You will receive a confirmation and receipt once your payment has been processed

We are working to finalize our list of service providers for these rooms. Once you rent a meeting room, we will provide you a list of providers so you can make arrangements.
